EDUCATION
The special relationship between the student and teacher is well documented. The seeker of Knowledge and the sponge that wants to soak it up interacting with the person, who in the past induldged and now teaches others. Technology has now entered into the picture and is allowing that dynamic interaction to occur across time and space. lessons taught years ago and recorded continue to teach today. The Librarian and schools serve to direct the learning and supplement the person to person interactions and create curriculum to cover the current art andskills demanded in business. Education costs should be support from both business and government to have a capable workforce to achieve the goals required to protect us all.
HOUSING
If China can build empty cities so can we, especially with the uncertainty about sealevel change and its timeline. I suggest cities like Detroit must be preserved and like the WTC attacker missed the point that it was only real estate and the people lost were more important than the land. The Financial markets were already divested of the physical presence in NYC, and the interconnect world will continue even if the ice melts tomorrow to flood the major cities of the world. It has happened in the past and civilization and species have returned to new homes and habitats.
HEALTHCARE
A new age of rehabilitative DNA based healthcare is upon us, that portends a longer high quality of life and will strain the social net services like Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid , and investment vehicles like the 401K as we push longevity into the 150 to 200 year range. For my part I helped expose a Medicare and Medicaid fraud scheme that was set to be launched across the United States and targeting well and sick seniors. Technology and advances in medicine will be available to all in equal amountss.
ENVIRONMENT
The literature, research and press reports are quite clear climate change is inevitable and the timeline for feelings its effects are here today and possibly a shift in sealevel of 230 feet or so can happen tomorrow. Technology has allowed us to extract resources such as oil at a more efficient level but regulations have failed to prevent major disasters and natural disasters are occurring at ever greater frequency. The IOT will be used to monitor and expand monitoring of the environment as a people centric endevour and robotics will enter to aid preservation of the biodiversity of the planet. Technology and nature are interdependant now.
DIVERSITY
I embrace diversity and extend it to my Deaf community, a model of a community with strong identity and embracing what they consider a blessing not a abnormal condition. There are many such diverse groups in our society, which we need to foster for the benefit of us all.
I believe we need to break the earth barrier and direct our full energies as a planet, to settle near space. As President I will draft an international agreement to fund settlement of space as commercial enterprises in targeted areas that benefit the people of the planet and provide for full employment of the U. S. Population and providing visas to encourage investment in the United States by diverse groups.
Space business projects like growing planetary food stock, energy production, mining and manufacturing businesses importing back to earth or between themselve and allow for diverse groups to establish new homes and interelationships.
BUSINESS
Business inversion is a drain on our resources and cash reserves while benefits are provided internationally by our military and security services. Businesses in the U.S. should recieve benefits that they are entitled to but this does not seem the case in Hurricane Sandy and the prior disaster declaraations, this inequity needs to be fixed..
